In accordance with current customary healthcare practices, Intalere will cover the expenses listed below.
- Airline travel or mileage (up to $600) for meeting attendee.
- Lodging for the three conference nights (at the negotiated standard rate).
- Ground transportation.
- Local telephone calls, internet access.
- Bellman, maid and provided transportation gratuities.
Items not covered
- Guest airline travel.
- Rental cars.
- Gift and pro shop purchases.
- In-room movies.
- Spa appointments beyond what is provided by Intalere.
- Golf beyond what is provided by Intalere.
- Meals that participants purchase during an Intalere scheduled event.
All expenses must be submitted after the meeting and before June 3, 2018, for reimbursement.

Forum Business meetings – business casual.
Non-business events – comfortable and casual; jackets are not required.
Closing dinner – cocktail attire.
A light jacket or sweater is recommended for outdoor functions.

As a courtesy, please make any cancellations prior to February 15, 2018. The attendee will be responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred by Intalere for cancellations after February 15, 2018 (including hotel deposits and airline tickets).
