Online Registration

Secure your Sponsorship or Exhibit Space

Once you have secured your sponsorship and/or exhibit space, all representatives for your company who will be attending the conference must register through the registration link provided in the confirmation email that is sent to your company's contact person.

 

Supplier Attendee Registration Types and Fees

Full Conference Registration: $450

  • For Intalere suppliers. 
  • Access to all organized meal functions, sessions and events held May 11–13.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.
  • NOTE: Some booth/sponsorship purchases include an allotted amount of complimentary registrations.

Supplier Two-Day Pass Registration: $375

  • For Intalere suppliers. 
  • Access to all organized meal functions, sessions and events on either Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12, or Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13.
    • If you select the two-day pass for Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13, the Awards Dinner will not be included in your registration. If you would like to attend the Awards Dinner Wednesday evening, it will be available as an add-on for an additional fee of $50.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

Supplier Day Pass Registration: $200

  • For Intalere suppliers.
  • Access to all organized meal functions, sessions and events for one full day of the conference.
    • If you select Wednesday, May 13, the Awards Dinner will not be included in your registration. If you would like to attend the Awards Dinner, it will be available as an add-on for an additional fee of $50.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

Supplier Exhibit Hours Only Registration: $150

  • For Intalere suppliers.
  • Access to ONLY the exhibit hall on Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13.
  • Does not include other sessions, meals or activities.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

Reverse Tradeshow Only Registration: $100

  • For Intalere suppliers.
  • Access to ONLY the Reverse Tradeshow on Monday, May 11.
  • Does not include other sessions, meals or activities.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

Supplier Awards Dinner Only Registration: $150

  • For Intalere suppliers.
  • Access to ONLY the Intalere Healthcare Achievement Awards Dinner on Wednesday, May 13.
  • Does not include other sessions, meals or activities.
  • Must accompany the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

Guest Registration: $400

  • For guests of registered attendees.
  • All organized meal functions including all breakfasts, opening reception, awards dinner and closing reception.
  • Lodging in an attendee room only.

Guest Awards Dinner Only Registration: $150

  • For guests of registered attendees.
  • Access to ONLY the Intalere Healthcare Achievement Awards Dinner on Wednesday, May 13.
  • Does not include any other sessions, meals or activities.
