As Chief Operating Officer, Todd Larkin assumes overall strategic and operational responsibility for Intalere’s contracting and program management functions. With more than 20 years’ experience in contracting, procurement and supply chain management, Larkin brings his expertise to Intalere to ensure members are receiving the best offerings to enhance their operations and reduce costs. Larkin is passionate about the value that an integrated supply chain can drive in healthcare, not only for Intalere members, but, more importantly, for their patients.

Prior to his current role, Larkin led the Intalere contracting division as Senior Vice President of Contracting, overseeing the development and enhancement of the Intalere portfolio of contracts and total cost reduction solutions. 

He is a nationally recognized leader and innovator in supply chain management, leadership development and operational efficiency, and was featured in The Journal of Healthcare Contracting as one of the “Top 10 People to Watch in Healthcare Contracting.”

Prior to joining Intalere, Larkin was the Senior Director for Corporate Procurement at Express Scripts and was responsible for leading a 50+ person organization, managing $2B in annual indirect spend. During his tenure, his team delivered more than $400M in savings to the bottom line and introduced advanced concepts in category management and supply chain risk management.

Larkin spent five years at MasterCard Worldwide, leading a global team focused on improving systems, processes and governance of the procurement function. Prior to MasterCard, Larkin held a number of progressively challenging positions with global responsibilities over 10 years in IBM’s Integrated Supply Chain organization. 

Larkin received his MBA from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and also holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies, both from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Additionally, Larkin is a a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).

Larkin is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of Hearts & Hope, a not-for-profit organization focused on empowering poor villages in Uganda through health and wellness, education, and small business development. He is also the Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Ben Robinett Memorial Fund, which provides college scholarships and educational support to children of deceased military veterans and firefighters, especially those who suffered from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
