Meeting Expenses

In accordance with current customary healthcare practices, Intalere will cover the expenses listed below. 

Covered expenses

  • Airline travel or mileage (up to $600) for meeting attendee if flights are booked through Intalere’s travel partner, Christopherson Travel. (If airline travel is booked through another agency, airline expenses will not be reimbursed.)
  • Lodging for the three conference nights (Monday 2/17/20, Tuesday 2/18/20 and Wednesday 2/19/20) at the negotiated standard rate.
  • Ground transportation.
  • Parking.
  • Local telephone calls, internet access.
  • Bellman, maid and provided transportation gratuities.

Items not covered

  • Guest airline travel.
  • Meeting attendee airline travel not booked through Christopherson Travel.
  • Rental cars. 
  • Gift and pro shop purchases.
  • In-room movies.
  • Spa appointments beyond what is provided by Intalere.
  • Golf beyond what is provided by Intalere.
  • Meals that participants purchase during an Intalere scheduled event. 

All expenses must be submitted after the meeting and before May 31, 2020, for reimbursement.

Air and Ground Transportation

Once you have registered for this conference, a representative from Christopherson Travel will contact you within approximately 24 hours via email with a proposed travel itinerary. You may also contact Christopherson Travel directly at 888-888-0174, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and reference Intalere Executive Forum.

Intalere offers complimentary round-trip ground transportation for those who book flights through Christopherson Travel.

Expect daily highs around 65°F and lows around 50°F for the month of February in San Diego.


Forum Business meetings – business casual.
Non-business events – comfortable and casual; jackets are not required.
Closing dinner – cocktail attire.

A light jacket or sweater is recommended for outdoor functions.

Registration Changes

Instructions: On the invitee information page, select Already Registered at the bottom of the page. A new page will appear, enter your e-mail address and confirmation number and select OK. (please note, your confirmation number is listed in your Registration Confirmation email) If you do not know your confirmation number, select Confirmation Number and your confirmation will be e-mailed to you with 20 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please make any cancellations prior to February 7, 2020. The attendee will be responsible for reimbursing any expenses incurred by Intalere for cancellations after February 7, 2020 (including hotel deposits and airline tickets).
