Judging Process

Our panel of judges consists of Intalere representatives from executive, contracting and sales divisions. Judges will review each entry form and score the entries based on completion, project scope and outcome, nomination category relevance, impact on patients and/or employees, and innovation. The scores for each area are combined for the total score. A score threshold will be set; if the threshold is not met, no award will be given in that particular category. At the completion of the judging period, the scores are tallied and the top three scores (two acute care and one non-acute care) in each nomination category which meet or exceed the threshold are the winners. A facility may only win one award per year. Not all entries will receive awards.

Best Practices Compendium

All projects submitted, regardless of awards outcome, will be included in the Intalere Healthcare Achievement Awards Best Practice Compendium, an electronic publication which is shared with all Intalere members and others in the healthcare industry. The compendium is an opportunity to acknowledge our members’ successes and to share best practices so others may learn from these experiences and implement similar initiatives at their facilities. Compendium projects may be used by Intalere for marketing purposes through blogs, success stories, etc.

Our Impact

BYU Student Health Center

It’s never a question of size of facility or amount of the fee that the project will generate, the level of service from Intalere is always high. My challenge is always the most important thing to them.

Brad LeBaron, Administrative Director, BYU Student Health Center

Virginia Mason

Becoming an Intalere supplier was the easiest step of this engagement. Both of our organizations continually look for opportunities to provide new technologies, products and services for healthcare providers. This shared philosophy helped to solidify our partnership.

Scott Hall, National Sales Manager, AMD-Ritmed

Oregon Imaging Centers

The biggest thing is that it was just easy. They worked for us to make this happen…

Justin Thomas, Director of Human Resources, Oregon Imaging Centers
