Elevate 2020 Attendance Justification

We don’t want you to miss Elevate 2020! Here are some helpful tips to consider when you are trying to justify your attendance and travel to your Board or supervisor.

Tip 1: Outline your expenses.

Be prepared to give your supervisor a cost estimate for attending Elevate 2020. When compared to similar conferences, our event is very affordable. Below is a quick expense outlook.

Tip 2: Focus on what you will specifically bring back to your organization as a return for the investment.

Elevate 2020 is the best place to learn about solutions that deliver optimal cost, quality and clinical outcomes. As an attendee you will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet more than 200 Intalere suppliers and learn about the latest products, services and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Find inspiration from keynote speakers who have the knowledge to help you keep up to date in your career and organization.
  • Make valuable connections and discover peer-tested ideas and actionable advice from other healthcare professionals from across the country.
  • Earn continuing education credits to help you maintain your professional certifications.

Tip 3: Offer to deliver a short presentation and Q&A to your colleagues to share what you learned.

This is a great way for others in your unit to get the benefits of your attendance, too. And Intalere makes it easy for you to share information – as an attendee you will have unlimited access to speaker handouts and presentations from Elevate 2020.

Tip 4: Emphasize the continuing education aspect of this conference.

If you are working to obtain or maintain CE designation, remind your supervisor that this is a great way to earn contact hours. We have various session tracks in our education agenda to meet your unique needs.

Tip 5: Highlight the changes to the healthcare industry.

As the supply chain function grows in importance with reimbursement reforms making cost reduction ever more crucial, organizations need to leverage the strengths of their group purchasing organizations (GPOs) to drive improvement and ensure long-term sustainability. New ways of doing business and innovative partnerships must be part of the next evolution of healthcare.

By attending Elevate 2020, you can strengthen your relationship with Intalere and its partners. You will receive enriching, content-driven education and discover sustaining products and services to help manage spending and optimize clinical outcomes in a robust supplier exhibit hall, in addition to innovative technologies designed to improve process and productivity.

Our Impact

BYU Student Health Center

It’s never a question of size of facility or amount of the fee that the project will generate, the level of service from Intalere is always high. My challenge is always the most important thing to them.

Brad LeBaron, Administrative Director, BYU Student Health Center

Becoming an Intalere supplier was the easiest step of this engagement. Both of our organizations continually look for opportunities to provide new technologies, products and services for healthcare providers. This shared philosophy helped to solidify our partnership.
